Yoga Shala Bend is a welcoming and inclusive environment. We offer a yoga school for both beginners and seasoned students focused on community. Rooted in the Sanskrit word "Shala," meaning “school, home, or abode” our diverse class schedule will meet you where you are. We invite you h0Me (ॐ) to a journey of self-discovery.



Our studio is located in the historic downtown of Bend. Our entrance is on NW Brooks Street, just across the Mirror Pond parking lot. We’re on the second floor with beautiful views of the park and the Deschutes River. We strive to be an accessible yoga studio however we are located up one flight of stairs.

  • Tuesday and Thursday 12pm classess are returning November 5th!

  • All 9:30 am classes will now be 75 minutes. 

  • Nicole Williams is teaching a 75 minute Restorative class on Friday from 1:30-2:45. 


  • Slow-paced flow practice for all levels.

  • Dynamic practice that harmonizes breath with movement.

  • Practice based in the Ashtanga Vinyasa system. For students and or teachers wanting to grow their practice.

  • This practice blends alignment and integration within a vinyasa flow. There is an intention to move slowly practicing un-hurried breath and conscious movement.

    Props and demonstrations are often used to support a well balanced, educational, and therapeutic practice.

  • Restorative yoga is a gentle practice supported by props-blocks, straps, blankets, and bolsters, designed to promote deep relaxation and rejuvenation. By holding passive poses for extended periods, it allows the body and nervous system to unwind, cultivating profound restoration and renewal. This practice is for everyone

  • Yoga Nidra is often referred to as “Yogic Sleep” or “NSDR.” It is a journey into softening—a profound opportunity to rest deeply and discover the essence of true surrender. A restoration for your nervous system. By expanding your capacity to feel held and supported, this practice becomes the pinnacle of relaxation, rejuvenating both mind and body. A portal that will lead you deeper into who you are, your power, and your radiance.

Our team is built around very seasoned teachers with a variety of yoga, from Alignment & Flow, Ashtanga Vinyasa to Yoga Nidra (NSDR non-sleep deep rest) Therapeutics and Restorative yoga to Breathwork. ALL ARE WELCOME!!!

At Yoga Shala Bend we honor tradition and celebrate transformation. We are a studio focused on community because it is in the Sangha (community) that healing occurs.
